HOW MATCHING WORKS

Who can actually help now?

1E2 checks suitable verified responder businesses that are genuinely available for the work you need, rather than giving you a static list of businesses to call one by one.

Live availability

Responders control when they are Ready Now, Available or Busy. 1E2 uses that live status when deciding who should receive a request.

Location matters

Matching considers the customer location, responder coverage area and the suitable available responders closest to the job.

Progressive search

If the closest suitable responders cannot take the job, 1E2 can widen the search rather than leaving the customer to start again.

Urgency changes the pace

HELP NOW requests are prioritised more aggressively. Lower-pressure requests can be offered with a less intrusive response window.

Matching is built around the job.

1E2 does not simply send every request to the nearest person. Matching can consider service fit, live availability, distance, verification, operating hours, service radius and the organisation's suitable field responders.

Customers see the businesses that can genuinely respond, then choose who they want to request.

Live availability matters. The goal is to show the customer who can actually respond at that moment, not who happens to rank first in a directory.
